The South Yorkshire Property Auction is a partnership with some of the largest independent estate agents in the region.
There are circumstances in life where the quick sale of a property is required. Subject to the property being accepted, there are no sales fees to pay, there is a fixed day to sell and you have the security of a deposit from a buyer. The transaction process has 56 days in which to complete, with parties aiming to exchange contracts within 28 days of the Draft Contract being received by the buyer's solicitors.
Below is a list of the next upcoming public auctions happening in South Yorkshire.
*Please note this property is subject to an undisclosed reserve price which is generally no more than 10% in excess of the starting bid, both the starting bid and reserve price can be subject to change. Terms and conditions apply to the Modern Method of Auction, which is powered by IAM Sold.
